What is your cancellation policy?

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully require 24 hours notice. Cancellations without 24 notice will result in a charge of 50% of booked services. No-shows will require 100% payment of missed services before rebooking.

Do you offer kids services?

 

 I do offer kids services as long as they are able to sit still. Pricing is the same, there is no kids pricing available.

What if I am running late?

Please send a text or call if you are running late. I allow a 15 minute grace period before considering it a cancelled appointment. Please note if you are late, a service may need to be shortened or skipped in order to not run late for the next guest. 

Are you located in Hot Heads Salon?

Yes! I am an independent stylist working inside of Hot Heads Salon. Just head inside and ask for Kate.
