​I'm Kate, a hair stylist serving the Manchester, Bedford, Auburn, and Hooksett, NH communities. I have my own chair independently but work alongside a wonderful group of women at Hot Heads Salon.

I've been a hair stylist since 2016 and absolutely love what I do. I specialize in hair cutting, grey coverage color, and dimensional color. I believe strongly in ongoing education and I frequently take classes to learn the newest techniques and refine my skill set. Some of the training I have attended over the years include Vidal Sassoon (British precision cutting), Nick Arrojo (razor cutting), Bumble&Bumble University, and the international Beauty Show.

I take pride in ensuring everyone who sits in my
chair feels comfortable. I never want
anyone to feel intimated if they don't know the stylist lingo, or are unsure of what to ask for. During your consultation, I do ask for a handful of hair inspiration photos that catch your eye. None of these photos have to be the exact look that you want but they help me understand what elements you like visually. We'll also discuss factors like how often you'd like to be in the salon for maintenance and how you style and wear your hair on a day to day basis. Using this information we are able to come up with a current plan and long term goal for your custom cut and color.
Outside of the salon, I'm most likely hanging out with my husband and dog, browsing Pinterest for a new recipe to try, or sitting in the sun with a good book.
